When making decisions about the materials or resources you wish to use in your One Click LCA calculation it is important to look into the resource itself to make sure that you are selecting the most appropriate available option. Each of our resources have detailed information included in their data cards which can be opened by clicking on the green question mark icon next to the resource.
Once you have opened the data card you will be able to see a number of collapsible sections including some general and background information about the resource.
Further, the data card can be moved around your browser window by clicking the top bar of the card and dragging as desired.
Further detailed information about the resource is included in the resource description, including technical characteristics. The environmental profile and default scenarios applied to the resource can be viewed by opening these sections. If your tool uses multiple impact categories, the option to expand the 'Impact categories' section under 'Environmental profile' will allow you to see impacts other than Global Warming Potential by clicking 'Show'.
Multiple data cards can be opened and displayed in the browser window, allowing you to compare the details of each resource and make informed decisions in your material selection.
Users will be able to download the EPD of manufacturer-specific data by clicking the corresponding option. You can read more about this feature in our Downloading EPDs article.
