This feature allows you to instantly create a Word report based on your project data. This automatically generated report can then be edited accordingly and e.g. be used as your client report or shared with your colleagues.
New Word Reports - language update
Updated Word reports are now being rolled out. The new report provides a more concise and consistent format across different tools and improved presentation of results tables. The first batch of tools with access to the new report includes:
Level(s) life-cycle carbon (EN15804 +A1/+A2)
Level(s) life-cycle assessment (EN15804 +A2)
Whole life carbon assessment, GLA / RICS / Green Mark including EN15804 +A2 data
Klimatdeklaration av byggnader (only available in Swedish)
New Word Reports for Level(s) are also available in all of our supported languages: Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish. These are available in the following tools:

All languages will always be available to download regardless of project country or user settings, but the default language is selected based on your user settings to ensure you don't waste time.
For tools that are country-specific, new Word Reports will be offered in the local language only and will download automatically, no language selection popup will be shown. However, if having the option to download reports in these tools in English also would be helpful, please get in touch.
How do you use this feature?
Accessing the new Word reports is the same as the previous version. Navigate to the 'Results' page, select 'More actions', and choose 'Results report (Word)'. This replaces the legacy Word report described below.
Whilst the new report is rolled out to more tools, access to the legacy Word report is maintained for tools that don't have access to the new report yet. The following instructions apply to the legacy report.

How do you use this feature?
Navigate to the 'Results' page. When on the results page select 'More actions' and choose 'Generate Word report'.
Click on 'Generate Word Report'
Once you click the 'Generate Word report' it might give you a warning if you have multiple screens. Having multiple screens attached to your computer or laptop might affect how the report is generated. The Word report will be automatically downloaded, after which you can open it and edit it according to your needs.
