Early Access is a standing program for customers who want to see new features before general release and help shape them while there is still time to change direction.
What is Early Access?
One Click LCA runs a small group of customers per product area who get access to features and improvements ahead of general availability. The goal is feedback: catching usability and value issues early, before a feature reaches everyone.
Who can join?
One Click LCA invites customers who are a good fit for a specific feature or product area, based on how you use the platform. For some tests, a link inside the product lets you opt in directly, without an invitation.
You join by segment, so expect requests that relate to the parts of the platform you actually use.
What does it involve?
The commitment is light:
Occasional early access to a feature before it reaches general availability.
A short session or survey when your input would help, no more than once a week.
The option to step back at any point, no explanation required.
What kind of feedback might you give?
Depending on where a feature stands in development, One Click LCA might ask you to:
Review a concept, prototype, or piece of copy before development starts.
Take part in a short usability session while using a new flow.
Answer a targeted survey on preference or sentiment.
Trial a feature ahead of general release and give structured feedback.
Can your feedback be shared publicly?
Sometimes, yes. If your feedback would make a good quote or short story for others to read, One Click LCA might ask whether you are willing to share it publicly. This request is always optional and never a condition of taking part in Early Access.
What if the feature is a paid product?
If Early Access includes trial access to a new, paid product, for example a 3 to 4 month trial, One Click LCA will tell you upfront what it would cost to continue using it afterward. That way, you know from the start whether it is a free trial or one that could lead to a cost if you keep it. Your Account Manager handles questions about pricing or upgrading after a trial.
How do you join?
Reply to your invitation to confirm you want to take part. If a self-enrollment link is available for a specific feature, following that link is enough to opt in.
How do you step back or leave?
Just say so. You will not receive further requests once you opt out, and there is no form to fill in. If you want back in later, the door stays open.
What happens if you go quiet for a while?
You may get a short check-in asking whether Early Access is still useful to you. There is no obligation to respond in any particular way: continue, pause, or opt out, whichever fits.
