Trace back LCA data to BIM

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This feature is specifically applicable to users who have imported data through BIM integration or direct file upload (Excel/gbXML). It enables you to track the original assumptions and information associated with each data point in your BIM model or uploaded file. It helps you make informed material choices, whether during the mapping process or later when querying building materials for assessment.

How do you use this feature?

You can trace back LCA data at three stages of your assessment. Clicking on the green paper icon will reveal all information related to the selected data point, including details on merged materials, comments, and any other exported information.

In the old interface, this icon is on the building material input page. Clicking on it gives this information.

In the new interface, this icon is also available.

Clicking on the icon, will give a bottom up window that shows this information.
