This article relates to an additional service called 'Consulting Packs' which can be purchased with a license and gives users additional hours of support outside of the included onboarding training. We currently offer several different Consulting Packs depending on your needs which offer a different number of hours of support. Currently these are available in:
Onboarding pack: 10 hours per year
Small: 25 hours per year
Medium: 40 hours per year
Large: 60 hours per year
XL: 120 hours per year
You can contact your Onboarding mentor/Account Manager for more information and to purchase a Consulting Pack.
What types of services can Consulting Packs be used for?
You could choose to use the Consulting Packs for additional training on specific tools on your license or certain topics related to EPD creation, or if you have staff joining frequently and wanted to purchase more hours for them to do additional onboarding. If there is any topic you're looking for more guidance on and you're not sure if it falls within the scope of the Consulting Packs, please reach out to us with your request and we will let you know if this can be covered through a Consulting Pack.
