Building & Infrastructure LCA

  • NEW! The new Biodiversity stress from supply chain tool allows organisations to use existing LCA data as a first step in measuring their biodiversity impacts by highlighting hotspots in the supply chain. With this tool, you can gain insights and prioritise actions even without access to detailed supply chain location data.

  • NEW! Materials data from your import file is now more accurately matched with resources in the One Click LCA database due to self-learning artificial intelligence (AI). This feature is now available in the GLA +A2 tool in English language. We plan to roll out support for more tools and languages soon.

  • A new report template in Microsoft Word file format is now enabled for LEED North America calculation tools. The report template features automatic population of the environmental impact results of the selected design along with project basic information.

  • It is now possible to use INIES private data with +A2 impacts in FEC tools if you re-upload them in your company account, then add the data to your project. The French government is planning to block the validation of the RSEE compliance file if the XML of private data from official INIES EPD generators is not compliant with the latest update. This is expected to be applied in April for some specific rules.

Product LCA & EPD Software

  • A new EPD generator for International EPD System (IES) with ecoinvent 3.8 data is now available. It is compliant with the IES PCR 1.3.2 and has been pre-verified by a third party.

  • An integration to import LCA projects from openLCA to One Click LCA is now available, making it easy to finalise and publish standards compliant EPDs with One Click LCA.

  • New Excel-based form to collect EPD process data and import it into One Click LCA. You can now use the new data collection and import form to collect process information for your product LCA or EPD and then import the data into One Click LCA. The form is an Excel worksheet with VBA macros and is compatible with EPD Generator for EPD Hub V2 and Pre-Verified EPD Generator - EI3.8 - IES PCR 1.3.2, CML.

  • To speed up and simplify the process of submitting data to EPD programs in France, a new results reporting table is now available in the EPD Generator for French regulations with a full summary of all results, as required e.g. by PEP Ecopassport.

Early Design & Ecodesign

  • The New Zealand region and related data is now available in Carbon Designer 3D. This new region reflects local conditions and current construction practices. The region is aligned with Green Star NZ guide, following relevant specifications for recommended default building parts for each building type and material specifications for concrete strength, concrete recycled content, and rebar ratios.

General improvements

  • You can now customise report templates in all One Click LCA tools to reflect your brand guidelines and make sure your brand stands out. The customisation is compatible with existing automatic population of data to ensure project reporting efficiency. The custom report templates feature allows you to create your own custom templates based on One Click LCA's default templates.
This feature is available for both Building LCA and Product LCA (EPD) tools as an add-on.

  • New Project Results Reporting API to build custom dashboards within your enterprise reporting tools, automate corporate reporting and integrate data in business applications. Available to Enterprise customers.
