You can now create private EPDs, also known as private resources, from your project results in all EPD generator tools. This can be useful, for example, if you wish to use the private EPD data as input in another life cycle assessment project.
Simply go to the results page of the EPD/LCA that you wish create a private resource for and select "More actions" from the top right corner of the page. From here you can select "Save as private resource".
You will then be asked to choose the product category:
Finally click "Confirm" and the private resource will be saved to your company account like any other Private Data, which can then be used in other EPD/LCA models.
Please note that for use in EPD tools, the resource needs to be "EPDenabled" under the Data properties:
The feature is only available if all mandatory sections have been completed, including A1-A3, C1-C4, D, product name, declared unit.
Only the results from A1-A3 are taken as the impacts for the private data.
This feature is an Expert level feature for all pre-verified EPD generator tools.
