Results not calculated automatically after saving new data for some users

We have now rolled back some of the product updates preventing some users from having results calculated automatically after saving new data. The issue has been resolved and the One Click LCA software is operating normally.
No data has been lost. In case you experienced issues with calculating results while editing data on Monday, April 11, and your project results are still not showing or have not been updated, you can easily calculate correct results by making a trivial edit and saving again (e.g. edit a quantity so that figure ends being same after edit, then hit save).
We plan to re-enable updates that were rolled back as soon as we can. We have opened a separate incident report to track the restoration of these rolled back product updates.

We continue to work on the issue with results not calculated automatically after saving new data that is impacting some One Click LCA software customers. We have identified the root cause and are planning for mitigation steps.
On April 11, sporadic issues surfaced associated with newly released background calculation logic. To ensure a consistent and good user experience, we decided to temporarily roll back some of the product updates.
Prior to the release, the software went through our rigorous quality assurance cycle, representing over a thousand hours of quality assurance work. Unfortunately, this issue managed to avoid detection.
