Status: Investigating

On Monday, April 11, as the number of active users of One Click LCA software was growing, sporadic issues surfaced that were associated with newly released background calculation logic. This logic was intended to speed up the user experience but it did not work as intended, so we decided to roll back some of the product updates.

We are now investigating this issue and working hard to re-enable these updates. We will provide more details shortly.

The following updates were not rolled back and are available already:

  • One Click LCA runs now on AWS Cloud

  • Bentley iTwin integration is available

  • One Click LCA EPD Generator is pre-verified for EPD Hub, a new & cost efficient EPD program, and EPD Hub templates are available

  • One Click LCA EPD Generator now generates INIES-aligned French FDES documents

  • New tool & language version for Japanese market

  • New Zealand national construction database BRANZ is now integrated (1093 resources)

  • White goods generic data released for fridges, freezers, cooktops, ovens, dryers, dishwashers and laundry machines.

  • Number of smaller tool fixes.
