You can easily access and update your user profile settings in One Click LCA. Here's how:
1. Access your profile: Click your account name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select "My User Account."
2. Update your profile: On the next screen, you can modify various settings:
Full Name and Phone Number: Update these directly as needed.
Business email: To change your email address, please contact One Click LCA Support
Company Type: Select from the dropdown options
Professional role: Select the relevant role or "Other"
Company or organisation: Add the name of your company
Country: This sets the default project location for new projects (you can still change the location when creating a project).
Language: Choose your preferred language for One Click LCA.
Unit System: Select between metric and imperial units. It is important to note that this determines the units used in your projects and those cannot be changed afterwards.
Time, Number, and Regional Settings: Choose between European, US/Canada, or UK/India formatting. This affects how calculation results are displayed.
MFA configuration: Allows you to set up a new Multi Factor Authentication code
Password: Click "Change password" to update your password.
3. Save changes: Once you've made the necessary changes, click "Save" to confirm.
