New imports fail on the mapping stage for all users

Incident Summary:
On the 14th July, it was noticed that data import process was failing to load the mapping stage for all attempted imports. This caused any attempted imports to remain uncompleted as this is a mandatory step.
Following thorough investigation, the error was attributed to AWS firewall changes, which have now been rectified.
Going forward, an additional automated test case was devised to ensure the flow is not affected in the future.
Status: Issue is currently ongoing and being investigated

07:55 UTC 15/07/2025: Initial testing on production environment confirmed the fix
08:00 UTC 15/07/2025: Pop-up notification removed
