Incident Summary:
On the 22nd April initial reports were made that users were encountering a 'No project found' error when attempting to import from supported integrations, such as Revit. This error prevents users from completing the import process.
Subsequent investigation confirmed that the issue affects multiple integrations:
Revit
Inventor
Archicad
Materials Compass (“Add to Projects” feature)
Impact: Users are currently unable to import project data via the affected integrations, blocking workflow progression for impacted tools and features.
Status: The issue has been resolved
