Incident Summary:
On the 12th July, license managers on concurrent licenses, were unable to use any of the license management functions, as outlined here.
This is due to some planned maintenance and upgrade of our License management system this week.
Any changes to the license management of users can be directed to our Customer Success team through [email protected]
Status: Issue is resolved.

~06:30 UTC 12/08/2025: Issue noticed and raised for investigation
07:00 UTC 12/08/2025: Investigation concluded. Cause identified and confirmed
09:08 UTC 14/08/2025: Pop-up notification added to license management page of One Click LCA software to notify clients of the identified issue and remedial action
12:30 UTC 19/08/2025: Testing of fix completed. License management functionality to be resumed ahead of schedule on 20 August. Affected users will be notified.
06:28 UTC 20/08/2025: License management functionally restored. Pop-up notifications disabled and removed.
