Previous saved mappings (including your colleagues' mappings) are not used automatically for mapping in the import process
Incident Summary:
On the 18th September, it was noticed that data import process was failing to use previously saved mappings (including your colleagues' saved mappings) for mapping the data rows.
The issue was resolved on 19th September, and all saved mappings, including those saved during the incident were retained.
