Users unable to access suggestions in the import process
Incident Summary:
On the 25th March, it was reported that at step 6 of the import process, when mappings were clicked for modification, an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the error persists, please contact support." is shown.
The search function within is however still functional and can be used for mapping.
Status: The cause of the issue has been identified. The technical teams are now working to resolve this.
