Platform is slow and times out with certain features. Some AI features were also not working
Incident summary:
On August 5th, 2026 - 10:45 UTC, our software team noticed some platform issues. Users experienced slower services than normal, with some users getting a "504 gateway time out" error message. The slowness might cause time-out of the service. The Bill of Materials AI Import feature was also not available.
Status: Issue is now resolved.
