One Click LCA allows you to generate branded reports directly within the application, complete with results and visuals. This feature with the Power User Pack add-on is available for AEC clients.
How to Create a Custom Report Template
Access: Go to the Company Account page and click the "Custom report templates" tab.
βDownload: In the "Available Default Templates" section, download the Word template for your licensed tool.
Customize: Use the downloaded template as a base to create your own custom Word template.
Upload: In the "Templates" section, upload your custom template. Be sure to select the correct tool and template type (as shown below).
Downloading Your Custom Report:
Once you've created your custom template, you can download your report from the Results page by clicking "More actions" in the top right corner.
Using The Codes To Customise Your Word Report
We provide an attachment in this article, that gives the various codes. You will see in the available default templates some of these codes being used.
The codes are prefixed by the word "REPLACE-" and then with a specific data source.
In the Excel attachment below, we indicate clearly the code, content type (graph or text) and where this is taken from.
Graphs are only found on the results page, as with the results table (the only one with content type listed as table). The source for these are indicated by the graph's title.
Text content can be drawn from various places, such as the project page (which has all the project information at point of creation or when being modified)
